By visiting, using or interacting with the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. These Terms are effective as of 2 March 2026.

- Verification checks: The Operator may conduct regular security and compliance checks. Failure to cooperate or provision of false or misleading information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Account balance: You may place a Bet only if you have sufficient cleared funds or available Bonus funds in your Account in the currency accepted by the Operator.
- Minimum and maximum stakes:
- Each game or table may have its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
- The Operator may modify stake limits, maximum payouts or exposure limits at its discretion, including for individual Players or groups of Players.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and a transaction ID is generated. The bet history visible in your Account is conclusive evidence of the Bets you have placed.
- Game rules: The rules of each specific game (including payout tables, odds and special features) are available within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round has commenced, you cannot cancel or modify the Bet, except where explicitly permitted by the game rules or by the Operator in its sole discretion.
- Operator's right to void: The Operator may cancel or declare void any Bet, game round or payout where:
- a technical error, malfunction, misconfiguration or software bug has affected the result, display, odds or payout;
- the Bet was placed after the outcome of a game or event was known or reasonably knowable;
- there is evidence of collusion, cheating, exploitation of glitches, use of bots or automated tools, or other fraudulent or unfair behaviour;
- you were in breach of these Terms, including location restrictions or age requirements.
Live Casino, Chat and Player Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: In all interactions with dealers, staff and other Players (including live chat and messaging tools), you must:
- refrain from insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, discriminatory or obscene language or behaviour;
- refrain from advertising, spamming or posting links to external services;
- respect the instructions of live dealers and game hosts.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- collude with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- use multiple Accounts or coordinate betting strategies for abuse of bonuses, jackpots or game outcomes;
- use automated software, bots, scripts, scraping tools or any device that manipulates game outcomes or provides Real-Time Assistance beyond normal human decision-making.
- Disconnection and technical issues:
- In case of disconnection, the outcome of ongoing game rounds shall be determined based on the data recorded on the Operator's systems.
- Where a game round cannot be resumed or its result cannot be conclusively determined, the Operator may void the Bet and refund the stake to your Account.
- Enforcement: Breach of conduct rules may lead to warnings, chat restrictions, suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of funds where justified.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may be limited to specific Players, countries or time periods. Not all Users or Players will be eligible for all promotions.
- Activation process:
- Some Bonuses require entering a bonus code during deposit; others may be credited automatically or activated by opting in via your Account or promotional page.
- Eligibility criteria (minimum deposit, payment method restrictions, game participation) are stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus credits: Bonus funds and free spins are credited to a separate bonus balance and may be subject to Wagering Requirements and other restrictions before withdrawal.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering multiplier: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, a standard Wagering Requirement (for example, 30x the Bonus amount or 30x the sum of deposit and Bonus) may apply. The exact requirement will be set out in the promotion terms.
- Contribution of games:
- Slots typically contribute 100% towards Wagering Requirements, unless specified otherwise.
- Table games, live casino games, video poker and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or 0%.
- Some games may be entirely excluded from Bonus play; these will be listed in the promotion or Bonus rules.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins usually have a defined validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated period, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Maximum bet with bonus: The Operator may impose a maximum Bet per spin, hand or game round while a Bonus is active (for example, a fixed amount in fiat or its equivalent in cryptocurrency). Exceeding this limit may result in confiscation of Bonus funds and winnings.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Types of abuse: The following activities are generally prohibited and may be treated as Bonus abuse:
- opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
- placing low-risk or zero-risk Bets (for example, betting on all outcomes of an event) to artificially clear Wagering Requirements;
- using Bonuses in combination with strategies that guarantee profit irrespective of game outcomes;
- using VPNs or falsified documentation to circumvent country or eligibility restrictions.
- Consequences: In cases of Bonus abuse or breach of Bonus terms, the Operator may:
- remove Bonuses and associated winnings from your Account;
- confiscate funds obtained through abusive practices;
- close or suspend your Account and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
Combining Promotions
- One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. Attempting to combine multiple promotions in a manner not authorised by the Operator is prohibited.
- Order of application: The Operator may determine the order in which Bonuses are applied, wagered and cleared. Bonus balances may be used before or after real-money balances depending on the applicable policy.
- Changes to promotions: The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, Bonus or campaign at any time, provided that such change does not adversely affect Bonuses already claimed and used in accordance with their terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods
- Accepted methods: Subject to availability in your jurisdiction, deposits may be made using:
- credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based payment solutions;
- other methods listed in the cashier section of your Account.
- Processing and limits:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the selected method and may be displayed in the cashier interface.
- Deposits are generally processed instantly, but delays may occur due to banking or network issues.
- Fees: The Operator may absorb or pass on transaction fees charged by payment providers. Any applicable fees will be indicated prior to confirming a deposit where reasonably practicable.
- Source of funds: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name and legally obtained funds. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and source of funds in accordance with AML/CTF obligations.
Withdrawals
- General conditions:
- You may request withdrawal of available real-money balances that are not subject to pending Wagering Requirements or other restrictions.
- The Operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day, week or month.
- Payment methods:
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for deposit (cards, e-wallets, crypto wallets).
- If this is not possible, the Operator may require an alternative method, subject to additional KYC verification.
- Processing times:
- The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days, subject to successful verification.
- Additional delays may occur due to incomplete KYC documents, AML checks, payment provider processing times or technical issues beyond the Operator's control.
- Verification: The Operator may withhold processing of withdrawals until:
- your identity, age and address have been fully verified;
- ownership of deposit/withdrawal instruments has been confirmed;
- any suspicious or unusual activity has been adequately explained.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refunds of Bets and bonuses:
- Refunds of Bets are generally not provided once a game round has started, except in cases of technical malfunction or error as determined by the Operator.
- Bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law or where the Operator voids a Bonus due to technical or legal reasons.
- Chargebacks:
- Initiating a chargeback or reversal with your payment provider without a valid legal basis is a breach of these Terms.
- In the event of a chargeback, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, deduct any winnings or Bonuses gained from such funds and report the incident to relevant authorities and credit agencies.
Currency and Crypto Volatility
- Currency conversion: If your Account supports multiple currencies or if you deposit/withdraw in a currency different from your Account currency, conversion will be performed at the prevailing rates applied by the payment provider or Operator. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect your balance.
- Crypto-specific risks: Where cryptocurrency is used:
- you acknowledge that values may be highly volatile;
- the Operator may convert crypto deposits into a fiat-equivalent playing balance and reconvert at withdrawal using its own applicable exchange rate mechanisms;
- network delays, transaction fees and on-chain confirmation times are outside the Operator's control.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that:
- games operate fairly and in accordance with their published rules;
- random number generators (RNGs) used in games are appropriately tested and certified where applicable;
- results recorded on the Operator's servers are definitive for resolving Bets.
- Accuracy of information: While 21bit-aussie.com aims to review and describe 21 bit accurately, neither the Site nor the Operator guarantees that Content (including odds, limits, Bonuses and promotions) is always error-free, complete or current.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and the Site are not liable for:
- interruptions, delays, downtime or unavailability of the Site or Services;
- data loss, communication failures, network outages, system errors, bugs or viruses;
- hardware or software failures on your device, or incompatibility issues.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator and the Site shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages;

- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- ensuring that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Services;
- your internet connection, equipment and security software;
- any taxes or levies applied to your winnings under local law.
Limitation of Maximum Compensation
- Cap on liability: Without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you arising from or related to a specific Bet, game round or transaction shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount of the Bet or Wager placed by you in relation to that Bet, game round or transaction; or
- the amount of money actually lost by you in the relevant Bet or transaction due to the Operator's proven fault.
- Jurisdictional caveat: Because the Operator is not licensed in Australia and operates under Curaçao law, remedies available in Australian courts may be limited or difficult to enforce. You acknowledge this enforcement risk when choosing to use 21 bit.
